What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a natural compound that comes from the leaves, stalks, and flowers of industrial hemp or marijuana cannabis. It is the most widely accepted naturally-occurring non-intoxicating cannabinoid found in Cannabis sativa plant. he cannabis plant is made up of two main players: CBD and THC. However, unlike THC, CBD does NOT have any psychoactive effects. When you use CBD, you won’t feel an intoxicated,
high feeling.

"CBD is the non-psychoactive portion of the plant, so what that means is you won't have any effects like euphoria, you won't feel sedated or altered in any way." says Junella Chin, DO, an osteopathic physician and a medical cannabis expert for cannabisMD.

The usage of all our CBD products will not cause any drug test failures, so you are safe to use it if you are regularly tested with an employer.

Is CBD legal?

Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, in 2019 hemp and hemp-derived products are legal to produce, sell, and consume throughout all 50 states. This includes all
hemp-derived CBD products like oils, edibles, and topicals. These products must be derived from industrial hemp containing less than 0.3% THC.

Each state can still decide if they want to allow the sale and production of hemp-based products. However, marijuana-derived CBD does not enjoy these same privileges as hemp. In select states, CBD derived from marijuana is completely legal; but its legality depends on several different factors and conditions which vary amongst each different location.

With our current location being in Lubbock County, our products contain 0.0% THC and will not be detectable on a drug test. All products available for purchase from Pure Cure CBD & More are third party tested, with guaranteed results available to the public!
